At POPFLEX®, we want you to be completely in love with your gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.
Choose Your Preference
Select the items you wish to return and choose whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or store credit.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
